Terms of Use

Welcome to Mmmon. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Mmmon.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Mmmon. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us the license needed to process it with AI services, generate your game content, store it, and — for cards you set public — display that generated content to other players in feeds, packs, the map, and share links. Your original capture photos are never shown to other players.
If you separately enable official features, you also grant Mmmon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, format, and display the generated art and lore of your public cards on Mmmon's official marketing and social channels. This permission does not cover your original capture photo or private account information. You may withdraw it in Settings; withdrawal stops future use and requests takedown of managed posts.
3. Generated content
Spirits, cards, art, and lore are generated by AI from your captures and are part of the game. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use your generated cards (including saving and sharing them). Generated content may be imperfect, and similar captures can produce similar spirits.
4. Community rules
Don't submit photos or create content that:
- shows people without their consent, or targets or harasses anyone;
- is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience;
- contains private information (yours or anyone else's);
- infringes someone else's rights; or
- attempts to manipulate, spam, or abuse the game or other players.
You can report any card or keeper from inside the app and block keepers you don't want to see. We review reports promptly and may hide or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
5. Credits, packs, and subscriptions
- Credits, packs, cards, and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money and aren't refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Odds shown for card outcomes are informational and apply at the moment of binding.
- We may adjust game balance (credit costs, odds, pack contents) to keep the game healthy.
- Promotional credits, including starter, referral, and social-post rewards, are subject to the eligibility rules and limits shown in the app. Referral credits are earned only after the referred keeper's first successful Bind. A share-sheet action alone does not earn credits.
- Social-post rewards require an eligible Mmmon-generated asset, a unique proof token, and a public post URL on a supported platform. We may reject duplicate, inaccessible, misleading, automated, or abusive claims. Removing a post may affect future reward eligibility; credits already spent are not clawed back.
6. Ending or changing the service
We may update, change, or discontinue features (or the game) over time. If we terminate your account for breaking these terms, or you delete it, virtual items are forfeited.
7. Disclaimers
Mmmon is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Apple
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your download. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and note it in the app. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them.
